Summary
The invention concerned a computer implemented management system suitable for use as a medical and/or dental practice management system which makes it easier for users of the system (including medical and/or dental practices) to share information with each other. The hearing officer applied the Aerotel test and concluded that the actual contribution lay solely in the excluded fields and was therefore excluded from patentability as a program for a computer as such and as a method for doing business as such.
