Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Angewandten Forschung e.v, AXO Dresden GmbH and Max-Planck-Gesellschaft zur Foerderung der Wissenschaften e.v under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Horst Borrmann and Thomas Holz should be mentioned as joint inventors along with Reiner Dietsch in the granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
