Summary
The Hearing Officer found the patent to be invalid during the course of revocation proceedings. In order to meet the issues raised, Salvus Technology Limited applied to amend the patent under s75. In Decision BL/O/326/12, the Hearing Officer concluded that the proposed amendments were allowable, and so in the present decision the Hearing Officer allowed the amendments.
