Summary
The application relates to a method of constructing a golf course bunker using cement modified soil ("CMS") as a backfill material to secure the bunker facade tiles into place. Following the Windsurfing/Pozzoli test it was decided that the inventive concept lacked the inventive step required by s.1(1)(b); and as such the Hearing Officer refused the application under s18(3).
