Summary
The invention relates to a shuffleboard table that is designed to be played from one end. This enables it to be placed end on against in a wall in a building thus taking up less space. The Invention was found to be obvious in light of the prior art despite the applicant arguing that the prior art should be interpreted in a particular way in light of the common general knowledge of the skilled person. The application was refused.
