The proprietor of the patent, Bibado Ltd has requested a review of opinion 10/21 which had concluded that claims 1-3, 5 & 6 lacked novelty over WO 2013/004230 A1. The patent relates to a protective garment such as a bib or apron, especially for a child The Hearing Officer having reviewed the arguments found that the examiner had not made an error of principle or reached a conclusion that is clearly wrong. Therefore, no order to set the opinion aside was made.
