Housing benefit - Claimant was made redundant and received a redundancy payment, but was then re-employed by the same employer on terms that he repaid his redundancy payment by way of monthly deductions from his wages - whether such repayments form part of his income and earnings for the purposes of calculating his housing benefit entitlement - R(TC) 2/03 considered and applied.
