The King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Whereas by subsection (3) of section fifty-nineof the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act, 1951, it is provided that His Majesty may by Order in Council direct that the provisions of Part VI of that Act shall extend to the Isle of Man subject to such exceptions, adaptations, and modifications, if any, as may be specified in the Order:
Now, therefore, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Industrial Assurance and Friendly Societies) (Isle of Man) Order, 1952.
2. Part VI of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act, 1951, shall extend to the Isle of Man.
