The Secretary of State, on the recommendation of the Manpower Services Commission, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9A(2) of the Industrial Training Act 1964, as inserted by section 6 of, and paragraph 13 of Part I of Schedule 2 to, the Employment and Training Act 1973, hereby makes the following Order:-
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishments) (No. 2) Order 1975.
(2) The provisions of this Order shall come into operation:-
(a)for all purposes of Article 3 on 1st August 1975;
(b)for all other purposes on 1st September 1975.
2.-(1) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires "the Act" means
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
3. The activities carried on at the establishment specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order, being an establishment of an employer in the industry of an industrial training board, shall, instead of being included for the purposes of the Act in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 2 of that Schedule, be included for those purposes in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
4. The activities carried on at the establishment specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order, being an establishment of an employer in the industry of an industrial training board, shall, instead of being included for the purposes of the Act in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 2 of that Schedule, be included for those purposes in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of that Schedule.

This Order transfer the activities of the establishments specified in column 1 of the Schedules to the Order from the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 2 of the Schedules to the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of the Schedules.
