The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 110(2) of the Banking Act 1987(1), hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1988.
2. Section 38 of the Banking Act 1987 (which relates to reports of large exposures) shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
