The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 204 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Revenue Account General Fund Contribution Limits (Scotland) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 25th January 1991.
2. The amount of contribution out of its general fund which each of the local authorities listed in Column 1 of the Schedule hereto may estimate that it will carry to the credit of its housing revenue account for the year 1991-92 shall not exceed the amount set out in relation to that authority in Column 2 thereof.
