The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Mid Surrey Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 24th February 1992.
(2) In this Order:
"the Authority" means Mid Surrey Health Authority;
" the Trust" means the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in schedules of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust before the date on which this Order is made, which schedules have been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 24th February 1992 the trust property shall be transferred fromthe Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Epsom Health Care National Health Service Trust on trust property formerly held by the Mid Surrey Health Authority. A copy of the schedules of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Richmond House,79 Whitehall, London SW1A 2NS.
