The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 102(2) and (4), 137(2) and 138(1)(1) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989(2), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:-
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 6th April 1992.
2.-(1) The forms in the Schedule to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990(3) are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In question 3.13 on Forms 1 and 2 omit the reference to " Note 30" against "mobility allowance".
(3) At the end of question 3.13 on Forms 1 and 2 add:
"

(4) After question 3.13 on Forms 1 and 2 insert the following additional question:
"3.13A If you or your partner are in receipt of disability living allowance, please state whether it is the higher, middle or lower level of the allowance.
You ... ... ... ...
Your Partner ... ... ... ...".
(5) In question 3.17 on Forms 1 and 2 for the words "or mobility allowance" substitute the words ", mobility or disability living allowance".
(6) In question 3.36 on Forms 1 and 2 after the entry for "Invalid care allowance" insert the entry:
"Disability working allowance | £ ... ... ... ... | ... ... ... ... | £ ... ... ... ... | ... ... ... ...". |
(7) In note 29 on Forms 1 and 2 for the word "attendance" substitute the word "the".
(8) In note 30 on Forms 1 and 2 for the words from "allowance" to "grounds or" substitute the word "pension".
(9) In note 36 on Forms 1 and 2 after the words "attendance allowance" insert the words ", disability living allowance".
(10) In note 44 on Forms 1 and 2 add "Disability living allowance" to the end of the list of specified benefits.
(11) In question 3.11 on Form 3 omit the reference to "Note 28" against "mobility allowance".
(12) At the end of question 3.11 on Form 3 add:-
"

(13) After question 3.11 on Form 3 insert the following additionalquestion:

(16) In note 27 on Form 3 for the word "attendance" substitute the word "the".
(17) In note 28 on Form 3 for the words from "allowance" to "grounds or" substitute the word "pension".
(18) In note 34 on Form 3 after the words "attendance allowance" insert the words ", disability living allowance".
(19) In note 42 on Form 3 add "Disability living allowance" to the end of the list of specified benefits.
3. In respect of any application for a grant made before 6th April 1992 the provisions of the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990 shall apply as if these Regulations had not come into force.

These Regulations amend the forms in the Schedule to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990. The amendments are consequential upon amendments made by the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Reduction of Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/705) to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Reduction of Grant) Regulations 1990 (S.I. 1990/1189) in relation to disability living allowance and disability working allowance.
The Regulations provide that the amendments do not apply in respect of any application for a grant made before the date on which these Regulations come into force.
