1. This Order may be cited as the Shropshire's Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th February 1993.
2. In article 2 of the Shropshire's Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(3) for the words "North West Anglia Health Care" there shall be substitued the words "Shropshire's Mental Health".

This Order corrects an error in the Shropshire's Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 in article 2 of which the name of the National Health Service trust established by that Order was incorrectly stated.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care and 1990 (c. 19).
