1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th October 1993.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
2. In article 2(1) of the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Order 1993(3), in the definition of "authority" for the words "article 14" there shall be substituted the words "article 17".

This Order corrects an error in the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Order 1993 which referred to article 14 of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/1320) instead of article 17 of that Order.
It is being made available free of charge to all those who can show that they have already bought or who subsequently buy the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Order 1993.
1967 c. 8; sections 2(1) and 3(1) were amended by the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68), section 4(1) and Schedule 4, paragraph 8 and section 4A was inserted by the Agriculture Act 1986 (c. 49), section 3.
