(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides that, notwithstanding the amendment made to section 63(3) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 by paragraph 14 of Schedule 9 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992, which replaces the reference to community charge benefits by a reference to council tax benefit, the power conferred by that section to make regulations for reviews of determinations relating to community charge benefits in relation to any year which ends before 1st April 1993, may be exercised as if the amendment referred to had not been made.
Section 63(3) was amended by the Local Government Finance Act 1992, Schedule 9, paragraph 14 by the substitution of council tax benefit for community charge benefits.
