The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 1995

Coming into force

22nd June 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22 of the Petroleum Act 1987(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:

1. This order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1995.

2. The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 1995 1995 (2) is hereby revoked.
