Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 14(2) of the Administration of Justice Act 1920(1) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments (Administration of Justice Act 1920, Part II) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st February 1998.
2. The Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments (Administration of Justice Act 1920, Part II) (Consolidation) Order 1984(2) shall be amended by deleting from Schedule 1 thereto the entry relating to Gibraltar.

This Order amends Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments (Administration of Justice Act 1920, Part II) (Consolidation) Order 1984 by deleting the entry relating to Gibraltar.
Relevant judgments given after the coming into force of this Order will be enforced in the United Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (Gibraltar) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/2602).
1920 c. 81; section 14 was amended by section 35(3) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (c,.27).
