The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as The London Borough of Haringey (Trunk Roads) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 3rd April 1998.
2. The London Borough of Haringey (Trunk Roads) Red Route (Bus Lanes) Traffic Order 1997(3) ia varied in accordance with the following provisions of this Order.
3. In column 2 of item 2 of the table in the Schedule to the Order the text "opposite the common boundary of No. 154 Archway Road and the electricity sub-station." is substituted with "1.0 metre south of the party wall of Nos. 154 and 156 Archway Road.".
4. In column 2 of item 3 of the table in the Schedule to the Order the text "opposite the party wall of Nos. 153 and 155 Archway Road" is substituted with "12.0 metres south of the south-east kerbline of Langdon Park Road".
