LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS

18th December 2000
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 19(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000(1), hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.
2. The Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 shall come into force on 6th April 2001.
