The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No.13) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 170(4) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2003.

2. Section 5 (charges) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

This Order brings into force on 1st April 2003 section 5 (charges) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
