The Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999[1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

Provisions coming into force on 11th April 2003
2. Section 1 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999 (in so far as it is not already in force[2]), sections 2, 4 and 5 of that Act, and so much of section 7 of that Act as relates to paragraph 3 of the Schedule to that Act, shall come into force on 11th April 2003.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 11th April 2003 the remainder of section 1 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999, sections 2, 4 and 5 of that Act, and so much of section 7 of that Act as relates to paragraph 3 of the Schedule to that Act.
