Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003

  Made 15th December 2003 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 201(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 [1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003.

Commencement
    
2. The provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 specified in the Schedule to this Order, to the extent specified in the Schedule, shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
