The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005

  Made 20th July 2005 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 178(8) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005[1], hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005.

     2. The following provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 shall come into force on 1st August 2005–

This Order brings into force on 1st August 2005 the provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 specified in article 2.
