The Milk (Cessation of Production) (Revocation) Scheme 2007

  Laid before Parliament 26th February 2007 
  Coming into force 6th April 2007 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Milk (Cessation of Production) Act 1985[1], makes the following Scheme:

Title and commencement
     1. This Scheme may be cited as the Milk (Cessation of Production) (Revocation) Scheme 2007 and comes into force on 6th April 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Scheme)


This Scheme revokes four milk (cessation of production) schemes which are no longer in operation.

A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
