The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(3) of the Prisons (Interference with Wireless Telegraphy) Act 2012(1):
1. This Order may be cited as the Prisons (Interference with Wireless Telegraphy) Act 2012 (Commencement) (England and Wales) Order 2013.
2. This Order extends to England and Wales only.
3. The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 1 to 4 of the Prisons (Interference with Wireless Telegraphy) Act 2012 is 21st October 2013.
