Abstract


Marco Mendola and Filippo Pappalardo introduce the Processo Civile Telematico (On-line Civil Trial) introduced by the Ministry of Justice for exchange of documents between courts (judges, public officials) and professionals (lawyers, experts) involved in civil cases.
