" I am going to try and give youajudicial perspective - which is not the same as saying "�the' judicial perspective as of course I can not speak for all of my colleagues. I note that it states on the flyer advertising this conference that this is the largest annual gathering of expert witnesses in the UK, which might be regarded as a daunting prospect for any speaker. You are all used to appearing before a judge, but no judge is used to appearing before such a large and varied assortment of experts"�"
