Updated with video: Mrs Justice Cockerill delivers fifth annual Jill Poole Memorial Lecture at Aston University

Mrs Justice Cockerill, the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, has delivered the fifth annual Jill Poole Memorial Lecture at Aston University.

The lecture, in honour of the university's first Dean of Law, has previously been given by Lord Thomas of Cwmgeidd, Lord Leggatt, Lady Justice Carr and Lord Justice Snowden.

The Lecture, entitled "Contractual Estoppel "� the case for coherent principles" , will be available in video format and will be published in the Journal of Business Law at a later date.
