BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| Repeal of certain provisions of the Industrial and Commercial property (Protection) Act, 1927 . |
1.—The following provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), are hereby repealed— |
|
|
( a ) in subsection (1) of section 9, from the words "so however" to the end of the subsection, and |
||
|
( b ) the Second Schedule. |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949 . |
|
|
(2) The Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1947, and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1947. |
