AN ACT TO CONFIRM AN ORDER MADE UNDER THE EMERGENCY IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1932 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Confirmation of Order. |
1.—(1) The Order mentioned in the second column of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 (No. 16 of 1932), is hereby confirmed. |

|
(2) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Order mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of that Order, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule. |

2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1956 . |
