AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF CORK. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| Number of members of Council of county borough of Cork. |
1.—The Council of the county borough of Cork shall, on and after the ordinary day of retirement of members thereof next after the passing of this Act, consist of thirty-one members and that number of members shall accordingly be elected at every election of members of that Council held after the passing of this Act. |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cork City Management (Amendment) Act, 1965 . |
|
|
(2) The Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1955, and this Act may be cited together as the Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1965. |
