		AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (GROCERIES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1978.
		[19th December, 1978]
		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
	Confirmation of Order.	1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1978, made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed.
	Short title.	2.—This Act may be cited as he Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 3) Act, 1978
