CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1982

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE.

[27th December, 1982]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
Continuance of Control of Exports Temporary revisions) Act, 1956.

1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1983, and shall then expire.

(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1977, other than section 2, is hereby repealed.
Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1982.
