AN ACT TO APPLY A CERTAIN SUM OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDED ON THE 31ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1990, AND TO APPROPRIATE TO THE PROPER SUPPLY SERVICES AND PURPOSES SUMS GRANTED BY THE CENTRAL FUND (PERMANENT PROVISIONS) ACT, 1965 , AND THIS ACT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

GRANT OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND

Issue of £95,753 out of the Central Fund for the year 1990.

1.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ended on the 31st day of December, 1990, the sum of ninety-five thousand, seven hundred and fifty-three pounds.

APPROPRIATION OF GRANTS

Appropriation of sums voted for supply services, viz, £7,925,202,753.

2.—(1) The sums granted by the Central Fund (Permanent Provisions) Act, 1965 , and this Act out of the Central Fund towards making good the supply granted, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of seven thousand, nine hundred and twenty-five million, two 2 hundred and two thousand, seven hundred and fifty-three pounds and comprising the sum of ninety-five thousand, seven hundred and fifty-three pounds for the service of the year ended on the 31st day of December, 1990, and the sum of seven thousand, nine hundred and twenty-five million, one hundred and seven thousand pounds for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1992, are appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule hereto.

(2) In addition to the grants out of the Central Fund referred to in the foregoing subsection of this section, there may be applied out of any money directed under section 2 of the Public Accounts and Charges Act, 1891, to be applied as appropriations-in-aid of the grants for the services and purposes specified in the Schedule hereto, the sums respectively set forth in column (4) of the said Schedule amounting, as appears thereby, in the aggregate to the sum of nine hundred and sixty-four million, one hundred and seventy-seven thousand, four hundred and one pounds.

Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 1992 .
