CEMENT (REPEAL OF ENACTMENTS) ACT, 2000 |

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF THE CEMENT ACTS, 1933 TO 1962. [24th October, 2000] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Repeals. |
1.—The following are hereby repealed: |
||||||||||||||||
|
(a) the Cement Act, 1933 , |
|||||||||||||||||
|
(b) the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938 , and |
|||||||||||||||||
|
(c) the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 . |
|||||||||||||||||
|
Short title and commencement. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cement (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 2000 . |
||||||||||||||||
|
(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment may appoint by order. |
