CUSTOMS DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS SUSPENSIONS) ORDER, 1957. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1957. |
||
|
2. Article 2 of the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 61 of 1956 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of " the 31st day of December, 1957 " for " the 31st day of March, 1957 ". |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 28th day of March, 1957. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
The effect of the above Order is to continue to the 31st December, 1957, the period of suspension of certain Customs duties suspended to 31st March, 1957. |
