I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by No. 27 of 1972 ), hereby make the following Regulations -- 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Registration of Holdings and Identification of Animals) (Amendment) Regulations 2002. 2. Subject to Article 3(12) of S.I. No. 1 of 1996 ) shall not apply to animals of the porcine species. |
