		HEPATITIS C COMPENSATION TRIBUNAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2002
		I, Micheál Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2002 ( No. 21 of 2002 ) hereby order as follows: 1.   This Order may be cited as the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Commencement) Order, 2002. 2.   The 9th day of October, 2002, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2002 (No. 21 of 2002) shall come into operation.
