Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 2002

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 58(1) and 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 (No. 13 of 1993) hereby makes the following Regulations:-

1.         (1)      These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2002

(2)      The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 .

2.         The Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2000 ( S.I. No 319 of 2000 ) are hereby revoked.

Local authorities and all persons contracted to them to provide computer bureaux facilities for the purposes of the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (No. 14 of 1975)

National Car Testing Service having the meaning assigned to it by Article 2 (1) of the Road Traffic (National Car Test) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 395 of 1999 )

Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs

South Western Services for the purposes of providing data processing services for the Driver Licence Penalty Points system under the Road Traffic Act 2002 ( No. 12 of 2002 )

Tribunals of Inquiry, set up pursuant to the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Acts 1921 to 1998
