		CIVIL DEFENCE ACT 2002 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2002.
		I, MICHAEL SMITH, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(3) of the Civil Defence Act 2002 (No. 16 of 2002), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002. 2. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 of and Schedules 1, 2 and 4 to the Civil Defence Act 2002 (No. 16 of 2002) shall come into operation on the making of this Order.
