I, SÉAMUS BRENNAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 of the Roads Act 1993 ( No. 14 of 1993 ) and the National Roads and Road Traffic (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 298 of 2002 ) (as adapted by the Public Enterprise (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 305 of 2002 )), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act 1993 (Classification of Regional Roads) (Redcow to N52 Link Road) Order 2004. 2. The proposed public road north of the town of Dundalk in the county of Louth described in the Schedule to this Order is classified as a regional road. |
