I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(3) of the Courts and Court Officers Act 2002 (No. 15 of 2002), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Court Officers Act 2002 (Section 46) (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 31st day of March 2005 is appointed as the day on which section 46 of the Courts and Court Officers Act 2002 ( No. 15 of 2002 ) shall come into operation.
