ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1933 - SECT 3

Adaptations of law as to administrative matters.

3.(1) References in any enactment to Belfast, where they occur in relation to
departments or offices of the Government of Northern Ireland for the
administration of any public service, shall be construed as including, if the
context so requires, references to the Administrative Buildings at Stormont
occupied by the said Government.

In this sub-section the expression "enactment" means an enactment of the
United Kingdom Parliament

(a)relating to or affecting any Irish service in Northern Ireland; and

(b)passed before the appointed day for the coming into operation of the
provisions of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, with respect to that
service; and

(c)adapted or modified in its application to Northern Ireland by any Order
made by His Majesty in Council under the said Act;

(2) Orders made by the Ministry of Finance under section two of the
Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, shall be published in the Belfast Gazette and
not in the London Gazette, and the said section shall, in its application to
Irish services in Northern Ireland, have effect accordingly.
