COMPANIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1960 - SECT 339

Change of name for purposes of registration.

339.(1) Subject to sub-section (2), when a company registers in pursuance of
this Part with limited liability, the word "limited" shall form, and be
registered as, part of its name.

(2) Sub-section (1) shall not be taken as excluding the operation of section
nineteen.
