FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 16 

Grants.

16.(1) There may be paid to the Commission, out of moneys provided by
Parliament, a grant or grants of such amount as the Ministry, with the
concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, may sanction towards the expenses of
the Commission for any fishery year.

(2) In determining the amount of a grant under this section for a particular
fishery year the Ministry shall have regard to the amount of any grant paid or
to be paid to the Commission by the Minister for that year.
