Advances. 17.(1) For the purpose of enabling the Commission to exercise or perform its functions, the Ministry may, with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, make advances from time to time to the Commission, out of moneys provided by Parliament. (2) A sum advanced under this section shall be repayable on such terms as may, with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, be agreed between the Ministry and the Commission.
