FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 73

Evidence of mouths of rivers, boundaries between tidal and freshwater portions of rivers, points of mouths of rivers to or from which distances are to be measured.

73.(1) Where any regulations define

(a)the mouth of a river, or

(b)the mouth of any tributary river, or

(c)the boundary between the tidal and freshwater portions of any river, or

(d)the point or points to or from which distances are to be measured under
this Act,

(2) Where any regulations define the space within which it is by or under
this Act prohibited to use certain fishing engines, the space so defined shall
for the purposes of any proceedings under this Act be taken to be the area
within which it is prohibited to use those fishing engines.
