TOWN TENANTS (IRELAND) ACT 1906 - SECT 11

Appeals.

11. Any person aggrieved by any determination of the county court under
this Act may appeal to the High Court as though the determination were a
decree made in exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by Part III of the
County Courts [(Northern Ireland) Order 1980 and the appeal were brought under
Part VI of that Order.]]
