(i) "the plan" |
means the plan, numbered HA10/PS/250, consisting of sheets 1-3 and marked "The A49 Trunk Road in Cheshire (County of Shropshire Border to the Borough of Warrington Border) (Detrunking) Order 2001", signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, and deposited at DTLR Records Management Branch, Ashdown House, Sedlescombe Road North, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN37 7GA. |

(ii) "principal road" |
as a classification for a highway, means that the highway is a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads and is also classified for the purpose of every other enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State; and |
|
(iii) "the trunk road" |
means the A49 Trunk Road. |
